Black Opium by Yves Saint Laurent is a Oriental Gourmand fragrance for women. Black Opium was launched in 2014. Black Opium was created by Nathalie Lorson, Marie Salamagne, Olivier Cresp and Honorine Blanc. Top notes: Pear, Pink Pepper and Orange Blossom; middle notes: Coffee, Jasmine, Bitter Almond and Licorice; base notes: Vanilla, Patchouli, Cedar and Cashmere wood.
Launched back in 1977, the rich and powerful spicy-oriental fragrance Opium is the most famous perfume creation by Yves Saint Laurent. A modern version of the legendary fragrance, dressed in a new bottle, was released in 2009. The Opium collection also contains many different interpretations of the original, including the younger-oriented Belle d 'Opium of 2010 and the charming Opium Vapeurs de Parfum of 2012. In September 2014, Yves Saint Laurent launches a new fragrance, Black Opium, which is announced as a rock 'n' roll interpretation of the classic original, accentuating the dark and mysterious sides of the YSL brand. Master perfumers Nathalie Lorson and Marie Salamagne worked on the composition of the new edition in collaboration with Olivier Cresp and Honorine Blanc. The dominant note of the aroma is an intense coffee accord. Additional notes include pink pepper, orange blossom, jasmine, vanilla, patchouli and cedar. The new fragrance is enclosed in a bottle of the same shape as the latest editions of the Opium collection. The dark body of the bottle is strewn with sparkles for a glam rock look. The face of the ad campaign, shot by Daniel Wolfe, is British model Edie Campbell. Black Opium will be available as 30, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

I don’t know what played a leading role in the perception - whether it was after all a flanker of a great fragrance, or just my projection and advance of respect for the Dior house, ... And what does BLACK OPIUM from Yves Saint Laurent and the house have to do with it? Dior ??
This fragrance was presented in 2016 ... I fell in love with tart chocolate-orange notes, used it to the last drop. Very thick, very recognizable. He is like that missing accessory in an evening wardrobe ... The other day I suddenly remembered about him when I cam Black Opium e to buy clothes at DeFacto and at the checkout the consultant began to offer perfumes for the 1 1 promotion (that is, two perfumes for 600 rubles). Most of the scents, as is usually the case in a clothing store, were not impressed. But ... when I put on the Black Shine perfume ... I was impressed! this is the same Black Opium! only in Turkish version)) the only difference is in durability, the analog is certainly much inferior to the original. So if someone wants to buy Black Opium, but doubts because of the high cost and they say they like it or not, I advise you to go to DeFacto and buy Black Shine, as it were for a test. How does it open up to you, is it annoying, annoying. If not, then feel free to go for Opium to prolong this pleasure.
good flavor. soundly tailored. of the minuses for me - I feel only vanilla and jasmine, unstable and there is no trail. the price is very overpriced. if you care about the money, then it is easier to find a cheaper analogue, especially since there are more resistant and loopback ones. I don’t regret buying, but I’m not buying him or any of his flankers anymore.
I went to the perfumery department in search of new fragrances in duty free, and at the entrance, the girl manager insistently offered to try this one - Black Opium, it had just come out then. I let a popshikat on my hand and hurriedly walked away, being sure that I had untied myself from the manager and now I can still normally look for a perfume for myself.
She walked, chose - every now and then sniffing at the wrist. And I realized that I could not tear myself away - the smell was so attractive, the notes of coffee and vanilla immediately opened up. Tart, heavy, but not vulgar. Sweet, but the sweetness here is not candy, but very natural, intoxicating. Before that, I wore only men's perfume on an ongoing basis, but now this purely feminine scent just turned my head. I still wear it, other perfumes change every now and then, and this one is always with me. Doesn't get bored.
