Healing hibiscus is grown in almost all tropical countries of the world from Mexico and Jamaica to Malaysia and Thailand. Its largest producers are China and Thailand. However, the highest quality product is obtained in Nigeria and Sudan. The flowers of the Sudanese hibiscus, and with them the infusions prepared on their basis, are rich in many useful substances. Hibiscus has a whole complex of vitamins A, C, B and PP, it contains calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, ascorbic, citric and malic acids. Hibiscus flower cups contain flavonoids - organic substances that strengthen the walls of blood vessels and have a positive effect on the cells of our body, slowing down their aging. In addition, they have antibacterial properties. Hibiscus applications have a beneficial effect on the condition of the skin, make it fresher, more elastic, and reduce the signs of aging. A weak solution of hibiscus is used to rinse hair after washing. It strengthens them and gives them shine.
